This Steel City Pizza review is not that of a professional food reviewer. But I know what I like.
Oftentimes when I travel, it’s hard to know where to eat because I want my time and money to be worthwhile.
I’m sure you feel the same way, yes?
- You want a good experience.
- You want friendly service and great atmosphere.
- You want to know where the locals hang out.
- You want to pay a fair price for a great meal.
- You want the establishment to be clean and comfortable.
Having said that, Steel City Pizza met all the criteria.
When I travel to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, there’s one place I definitely want to visit. Steel City Pizza. I have family down there and they eat there all the time. When I plan a trip, it’s always on our agenda.
I’ve sampled many of their dishes because as families do, we each order something and share. The above picture is a good example. Here we have the chicken parmesan, a chicken salad and a weggie.
There’s been nothing on the menu that I’ve sampled that I don’t care for. My favorite is the chicken parmesan. I just can’t help myself. But it’s a large portion so it’s easy to share. And it is a pizza place and let me tell ya… the pizza is delicious!
The atmosphere is great. Comfortable seating, steel materials have been incorporated into the design of shelving, tables and bar area.. it’s really cool.
You can catch your important games on many of the TV screens. They show various games going on so you don’t miss anything.
